Haeveo is a health concierge service operating in Gurgaon, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the data described below.
What we collect
- What you give us — your name, phone, email, address if you provide it, and what you tell us about your goals when you request a discovery call or message us.
- What we measure, only if you consent — pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and browser, referring source, and anonymised interaction recordings.
We do not collect health records, clinical data or payment details through this website. Health information shared inside a membership is handled under your membership agreement, not this policy.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing with anyone outside your care team. We use Web3Forms to deliver your enquiry to our inbox, a hosting provider to serve the site, and — only with your consent — Google, Microsoft and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Some process data outside India, under the safeguards the DPDP Act requires.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries — up to 24 months from your last contact with us.
- Analytics — up to 14 months. Session recordings — up to 30 days.
- Your cookie choice — 6 months, after which we ask again.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, obtain a copy, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent at any time, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance with us or with the Data Protection Board of India.
Analytics and marketing consent can be changed whenever you like from the cookie preferences link in the footer. For anything else, email sales@haeveo.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. This website is not directed at children under 18.
